Career center welcomes new staff
The Pennsylvania Primary Care Career Center has seen some recent changes, and two new faces are leading the charge.
Long-time Director Judd Mellinger-Blouch retired in October 2024 after leading the Career Center for over ten years. He was succeeded by Caitlin Wilkinson, MBA, CPRP. Caitlin joined the team in January 2024, bringing over 13 years of experience in education and recruitment in a wide variety of settings, including higher education and graduate medical training. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in English, and Master’s in Business Administration from Mount Aloysius College.
Additionally, Dorian Benjamin, SHRM-CP, joined the Career Center in September as the Talent Acquisition Specialist. Dorian holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Health Systems Management and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and has experience in human resources, particularly in case management, policy interpretation, and employee support. Dorian will be focusing on connecting qualified health professionals with job opportunities in Pennsylvania’s Community Health Centers.
Caitlin and Dorian are both excited to help you find a job that loves you back. If you are ready to earn a living where your heart is, contact them today at [email protected].
