This position is for a LCSW located in the primary care Rural Health Clinic in Nesquehoning to provide mental health side-by-side with physical health. Provides clinical case management and treatment within an outpatient program. Performs assessment, individual, family and group therapy. Coordinates and implements the treatment plan. Provides crisis intervention as necessary. Services are provided to adults, adolescents, children, couples and families.
