Pennsylvania’s largest Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a full-time psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to work in our new outpatient behavioral health office which will be located in Ebensburg, PA. to provide initial psychiatric evaluations and follow-up treatment to all youth needing mental health support. Our nursing staff supports each prescribing professional with gathering all vitals; medication reconciliation, updates to all clinical lists including allergy, directive diagnosis and other related data. This information is gathered at each visit and is prior to you seeing the patient for their psychiatric evaluation or medication check.

Requirements to include: Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners; Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Current PA License; Current DEA License; Knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
