Pennsylvania’s largest Community Health Center is seeking a full-time psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner to work in our outpatient behavioral health office located in Altoona, PA. Practice Info – The candidate will work closely with (5) psychiatrists; (3) PMHNP; (8) LCSW; nursing, and support staff. We see approximately 3000 patient visits per month which include psychiatry and therapy. Our nursing staff supports each prescribing professional with gathering all vitals; medication reconciliation, updates to all clinical lists. Primary Health Network (PHN) is a Federally Qualified Health Center that is JACHO approved. We are celebrating our 32nd year of embracing excellence in healthcare. Requirements to include: Graduate from an accredited School for Nurse Practitioners; Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner; Current PA License; Current DEA License; Knowledge of Electronic Health Records; Ability to provide quality, comprehensive, continuity of medical care in a compassionate manner with minimum supervision.
