Chief Financial Officer
A large community health center in Western Pennsylvania is seeking to hire an experienced CFO to direct the fiscal functions of the corporation.
The CFO reports directly to the CEO and assists other executive level administrators on all strategic and tactical matters as they relate to budget management, cost benefit analysis, forecasting needs and the securing of new funding. The position is responsible for direct and indirect supervision of all employees in the accounting and finance department.
Knowledge of CHC funding and federal/state reporting requirements is preferred but not required. Other desired competencies include: Financial Planning and Strategy, Profitability Management, Developing Budgets, Strategic Planning, Quality Management, Promoting Process Improvement, Forecasting A Bachelor’s degree, 10 to 15 years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. An MBA is preferred.

PCHS is a network of 10 health centers employing approximately two dozen physicians, dentists and mid-levels and providing primary healthcare, including oral health care (in four of the sites) and other supportive services to approximately 18,000 individuals.
