Client Overview
PCHS is a 501 c 3 Federally qualified health center operating a network of ten CHCs across the greater Pittsburgh area in PA. We are a not-for-profit community health center, providing primary and preventative health care and supportive services to medically underserved and indigent populations in Allegheny County regardless of ability to pay for close to 40 years. We employ approximately 24 providers providing primary care including internists, Pediatricians and family medicine physicians, and physician assistants.

Job Description
Looking for a Full-time position or Part-time dentist with DMD or DDS degree. Must have current Pennsylvania and DEA license.

Experience in a private practice is desired, but not required. Capable of treating and educating diverse populations with general oral care.
No weekends, one evening on occasion.

Practice info – Primary Care Health Services Inc. (PCHS) has 5 dental practices located in the following communities:

Rankin, West End, Homewood, Hill District and McKeesport. In addition, we provide dental services to the homeless population at a specified site or shelter. Currently, we serve approximately 6000 dental patients. Practice days and hours vary by site. Staffing is comprised of: 4 Dentist, 2 Hygienist and 5 Dental Assistants. We are presently recruiting additional Dental Assistants.

Location Overview
Each of our CHC service sites is located in the neighborhood where our patient reside. These are generally urban communities with diverse populations. All sites are located within the City of Pittsburgh or in the neighboring boroughs. Transportation and other municipal services are good.

Many neighborhoods are currently undergoing major renovation which will ensure the economic vitality of the region well into the future.
