NEPA Community Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is seeking a Clinical Coordinator to join their team in beautiful Northeastern, PA.
The Clinical Coordinator plans, directs and coordinates primary care services, inclusive of medical and behavioral health, while supervising support staff and maintaining compliance with FQHC, Patient-Centered Medical Home and Meaningful Use regulations. The Clinical Coordinator facilitates compliance measures, carries out management responsibilities in accordance with organizational policy and applicable state and federal law, and develops policy and procedures necessary to meet a standard of excellence in all lines of patient care.
