NEPA Community Healthcare has been serving rural Susquehanna County for over 30 years.  A non-profit 501(c) (3) Federally Qualified Health Center, we receive limited federal grant dollars to subsidize the cost of providing care to the uninsured and under- insured.  Strategic expansion in response to the needs of the community, informed by federal, state, and county data is underscored by community requests and patient appeals for services.

Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania is one of the poorest counties in the state, with the greatest disparities evident for women and children. The county is a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) with limited primary medical, dental and mental health providers and no maternity services. With a steadfast commitment to our vision, we strategically plan to improve and expand access to healthcare in Susquehanna County.
