For 43 years, Lancaster Health Center has offered high-quality and compassionate medical and dental care to all in our community, regardless of economic status.  We see all patients, regardless of insurance. We have a sliding fee scale discount program, which offers a  discounted rate on medical and dental services offered at our facilities based on household income and size.

Our services include dental care, general family practice, prenatal, women’s health, refugee health, chronic disease management, pharmacy, insurance enrollment assistance, social services, and patient education.

Lancaster Health Center is a nationally recognized Patient-Centered Medical Home because of our comprehensive approach to providing team-based healthcare services to reflect the values, interests, needs, and choices of the individuals we serve. Our committed teams are dedicated to understanding and respecting each patient’s unique needs, cultures, values, and preferences.

We have six sites: Our two main sites, Water Street and Duke Street; medical offices inside of the Bright Side Opportunities Center and Reynolds Middle School, both of which act as a hub for refugee families new to the U.S.; the Prince Street Center for Integrated Healthcare; and New Holland Avenue.  Our providers  and staff are passionate about their work and have diverse cultural backgrounds.
